Fort Pierce man charged in connection with death of his wife

ST. LUCIE COUNTY — A 39-year-old man was arrested Monday in connection with the death of his wife, Bridget Music, whose body was found in a canal south of Indrio Road.

St. Lucie County Sheriff’s investigators arrested Jacob Lee Music, of the 2800 block of Reynolds Drive in Fort Pierce, on single counts each of homicide and arson.

Bridget Marie Feacher Music’s body was found in a canal nearly two miles south of Indrio Road east of Interstate 95.

Bridget Music’s burned vehicle was spotted early Sunday morning in the 6200 block of North U.S. 1 in northern St. Lucie County.

The investigation is continuing.
